The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce is dedicated to inspiring and cultivating the entrepreneurial mindset among students. At EDC, we strive to cultivate entrepreneurial talent by offering a wide array of dynamic initiatives tailored to inspire and empower students. From hosting interactive workshops, guest lectures, and panel discussions with industry experts to providing practical insights into business creation and management, our initiatives are designed to bridge the gap between ideas and execution. We organize diverse events such as start-up pitch competitions, ideation challenges, and business model development contests—just a few among many opportunities for students to present their ideas, gain constructive feedback, and sharpen their entrepreneurial skills.

For the past five years, EDC SGGSCC has been organizing the highly successful E-Summit, a flagship event that has become a cornerstone of the University's entrepreneurial activities. The summit brings together industry leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and students for a dynamic mix of workshops, panel discussions, pitch competitions, and networking opportunities.
