Checklist

Eligible candidates seeking admission in college need not physically visit the college. Admission process will be completely online.
College Admission Form will be sent to admitted candidates after 3rd list.
The candidates will be required to fill and upload the following documents along with college admission form.

• Class X certificate
• Class X marksheet
• Class XII marksheet
• Permanent Address proof
• Anti-Ragging undertaking by parent
• Anti-Ragging undertaking by student
• Minority certificate (if applicable)
• Minority undertaking (if applicable)
• Ph certificate (if applicable)
• ECA /sports undertaking (if applicable)
