There is no minimum age bar for admission to undergraduate courses in the University/colleges except in professional courses where regulatory body prescribes minimum age requirement (such as MCI, AICTE etc.) (Ordinance I).
Gap year’s would be no bar for purposes of admission to the undergraduate courses.
Qualifying examinations for the purpose of admission to the first year of undergraduate courses offered by the University shall be Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto. Candidate seeking admission to the courses offered by the University should have passed the qualifying examination obtaining minimum marks as specified for each of the courses in subsequent sections.
Candidates from all categories interested in seeking admission in undergraduate courses in Delhi University are required to fill the pre-admission form available online at University of Delhi portal. This is mandatory for all candidates. Kindly refer to University Website (http://du.ac.in) for pre-admission guidelines. On the basis of the marks of all candidates who have opted for the College in concerned course, a minimum cut-off percentage for admission in that course is declared. The cut-off percentage for admission in different courses in the college is displayed on the College Notice Board and College Website. No individual intimation is given to any candidate.
The eligibility of candidates for admission will be decided on the basis of cut-off percentage declared by college and eligibility criteria specified by university. (refer university website http://du.ac.in). The eligible candidates must contact the College Admission Committee in person for completing admission formalities within notified dates.

The candidate would then get his/her documents verified, submit the same to the college and pay the admission fees. In case any candidate fails to confirm his/her admission by completing admission formality and depositing the required fees as per university rules within prescribed date(s) and time his/her name for admission stands cancelled.
Admission to college is provisional and is subject to the final approval of the University on submission of University Enrolment form by the Student.
Students admitted to the college will be bound by the admission rules and regulations of the college and the University of Delhi.
